Updated version of the EQ73a(GAP EQ573), now works in Standalone mode(MP73a or GAP Pre573 not required). Vintage Style electronics, no integrated circuits in the signal path.

3-band with a dual inductor based mid frequency band. Inductor based high pass filter. Control range up to ±15dB. A wide selection of frequencies from 33Hz to 20kHz. Each section can be bypassed individually. Tantalum capacitors in the signal path.

Circuit board star grounding scheme. Solid build quality that will last many years. The EQ75a is a classic 500 Series effect that can be used in all 500 Series racks. This product uses CLASS-A circuitry, which increases the frequency selection range of high frequency and low frequency, to bring out more warm, strong, and sweet musical characteristics. The EQ75a is a multi-purpose effect that can be used with most sound sources.

The output line uses a Class A transformer push-pull circuit to eliminate crossover distortion and maintain the original sound. Please note that you need 500-series compliant rack with an open slot to use this unit.
