The german company BFE was producing super high quality gear for the german broadcast industry. Most of the modules are comparable with Neumann and Telefunken units.

This one, The V1170 was originally used as line amp but then modified to micpre and now it has a gain of 45dB, linear frequency response and it sounds very warm and natural. This 19 rack includes 8 modules with floating balanced XLR in & outs, internal power supply (100V - 240V) as also phantom power switchable per channel.
