Up for sale is my pristine 32 channel Daking sidecar mixer. If you dont know what this is, it is simply 32 channels of the famous Daking mic pre amp with full eq and the ability to mix to eight bus outputs and a stereo output. Each channel also includes 4 sends. This is the ideal front end solution for a pro tools system. Daking is considered one of the best mic pre amps in the industry and their direct competitors are API, SSL, and NEVE etc.

The world famous drummer Dave Weckl (Chick Corea, Mike Stern) uses Daking pre amps on all his drums recordings. This mixer has been in my smoke free home studio and was used very scarcely over the past 5 years or so. It was professionally maintained and upgraded by David Thibodeau (Daking lead engineer and designer of the FET III compressor).

David is Geoff Dakings partner and is responsible for design and technical innovation at Daking. David upgraded the wiring on the chassis and replaced a rotary potentiometer on every channel.

He tested the mixer and certified it up to date. The mixer comes with a sturdy stand and a separate power supply. Each channel has a combination XLR/Line in input, a Direct output and sends. This mixer is in almost brand new condition.
