Fully functional, same essential unit as the MKII, it has the same class A amp circuitry with the advantage of the nicer analog meters & soft limiter. Includes AC power cord, printed manual, and bonus optical cable + 2 word clock cables & word clock terminator plug. Here is a link to a.
