This 1073 has been used and maintained in a professional studio. Cosmetically, it exhibits a few minor signs of wear such as rack rash and the "Phase" decal being rubbed off from use. All wear is strictly visual and does not affect the performance whatsoever. This 1073 comes loaded with St. Ives transformers as seen in the pictures. This 1073 is fully functional and operates as intended.

The 1073s three-band EQ has a fixed 12kHz high-frequency shelf band along with switchable low and midrange bands with cut and boosts controls. Below those are a passive third-order (18 dB/octave) high pass filter. Two switches are fitted on the module's front panel for equalizer bypass and phase polarity reverse.

The Neve 1073 mic pre and EQ combination adds warmth and depth to recordings, brings out subtle ambiance, maintains spatial positioning, and more effectively captures a precise image.
