From the mid seventies to the early seventies the MV810 was produced by the RFZ in the GDR (eastern Germany). It is a micpre which can also work with extremely high line levels. This lunchbox includes a lot of options: - switchable gain in 5dB steps - 48V pantom power - phase reverse - usable with 100-127V or 220- 240V The MV810 sounds very warm and colored. Maybe this is caused by the full discrete circuit and the Germanium transistors. Of course it uses high quality input and output transformers.
Both of the modules were recapped and provide perfect specs.
