The V372 was originally designed as universal amp by Telefunken (similar to V672). Then TAB the company which produced the legendary V76 and U73b.. manufactured the V372 in different version.

The DS is the two channel version. This module was modified to a dual micpre with an adjustable gain. The range is +25 to +45 dB. The frequency response is linear and the module sounds very good! It has a nice coloring with a lot of lower mids which is perfect for vocal recordings. This sound is most likely caused by the super high qualty Haufe input AND output transformers. The module needs 24V DC and it comes with pinouts. Matching 31pin connectors are in my other listing and a power supply can be offered on demand. Alternatively the module could be delivered in a Hammond steel lunchbox housing as visible on the last two photos.
