Vintage Neve 1073 Microphone Preamp RARE All Original and Fully Functional

The item is a single Neve 1073 - just one of the units picture in the first photo. This is not comparable to other vintage 1073s on the market because of it's condition.

The first photo shows them the day I got them. This was a spare parts kit for a BCM 10 and they were meticulously cared for. The 1272 boxes were still sealed from the factory!

The 1073s were dropped in to the BCM 10 while the channels were repaired and then removed. As a result they got very little use yet they did not sit around with the caps drying out. When they were evaluated they were too close to factory spec for there to be any point in recapping the unit and thus are all original and fully functioning. Actual vintage 1073s are very difficult to find. This is not a unit to drop into a console. This is one to use as your primary preamp and track everything through it. However, they will not be all original, vintage and fully functioning in the condition that this one is in. If you're not clear about that distinction, than this is not the unit for you.
