AML ez1073-pre, 500 series version of a classic Class A mic-pre

Colin Adshead of Audio Maintenance Limited designed this superbalternative to the original Neve 1073... Is a 500 series version of a classic Class A mic-pre with Carnhill input and outputtransformers. This is anything but transparent.

Very large dynamic output, very punchy, graceful sound perfect for synths and voice. Input: Carnhill transformer balanced (Classic VTB9045)+10dB to +65dB gain, rotary switchable in 5dB steps and switchable 300/1200 Ohmimpedance input. Output: Carnhill transformer balanced (Classic VTB2569full size output transformer). · Phantom and polarity switches. API (and compatible) Lunchbox and VPR500 racking systems.
