If an item is not NEW then it may have scratches, marks, dents or chips on it. We try to state this all in NS. Untested - Powered on Only.

Used Poor (Heavy use and/or age). Used Fair (Moderate use and/or age). Congrats you won or your offer was accepted, now what? Messaging us actually slows down the process as our shipper does messages as well. Our feedback states a lot that items came earlier and packaged well. Any questions or offers outside the above stated time frame will be answered in the order received. We do our best to reply within 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are excluded as we give our team time with their families. Do not send multiple emails.

We do not get a notice every time you message, it's not Facebook Messenger. If available we can swap out a damaged or defective item for the same item.

If the same item isn't available but we have something close to it, we can offer that as a solution. Using "item not as described". Doesn't match description or photos", "Received wrong item" or "Item is defective and that is not the correct option, You will be reported.
