Avalon VT-737SP Class A Mono Tube Preamp Channel Strip

I ordered and replaced all the tubes from Avalon in 2017 only because I thought it was time for a new set, although there was no indication the old ones were bad so I'm including them in the deal. It's never left my smoke free and climatically controlled studio in all the years I've owned it and hasn't been subject to any abuse. Original manual and power cord. It was brought to my attention by someone asking why the meter light wasn't on. I did inspect immediately and found that indeed half the light display is dark. I'm very confident this is only a minor bulb issue and will leave this minor detail to the new owners to care for. I turned on all the other lights and they all were red. I honestly haven't changed any bulbs so I'm sure there might be more to fail in the near future, but again part of maintaining the unit and not costly.
