Up to 76 dB of gain - with fine tune adjustment up to 10 db. High Pass Filters at 40 and 140 Hz. Phase reversal and Phantom power. Quiet - Smooth - warm - crisp, with tonnes of headroom. They can be wired for 115V operation but its an internal soldering job- not a switching one.
