Tube Altec Mic/Line Amplifier with 4722 Mic Preamp, Peerless 8512, LTV branded

It has pigtails, and has a 12AY7, 6CG7, 6X4 and two OA2 tubes. Using the 4722 preamp turns it into a mic pre from a line amp. Powers up fine, and passes good signal, though I noticed one of the tubes is quite noisy.
