UK Sound 73MP Dual-Channel Mic Preamp (Demo / Open Box). The UK Sound 73MP Dual-Channel Mic Preamp is a mic preamp version of the 1073 EQ, sporting all the same characteristic Class A sound with a harmonically rich low end, slight resonant highs, and maintained focused mids. An OEP Carnhill transformer-coupled input with two selectable impedances allows the 73MP to work well with a variety of microphones.

The 73MP also offers a line input feature for adding depth to 2-bus mixes and a DI input for using a range of passive and active instruments. UK Sound builds upon BAE Audio's commitment to recreating some of the most beloved circuits of all time by offering familiar preamps, compressors, and EQs in packages that are accessible to working musicians and engineers building-out their first studios or outfitting a mobile rig. Hand-built in the USA, UK Sound brings quality, BAE-designed vintage recreations to a broader audience. Class A, transformer-coupled design in a 19 1U chassis. Line level XLR inputs for extra versatility as a line preamp. High impedance DI for guitar and synth. The same Class A components as the 1073 and 1084. Illuminated phase reverse and phantom power push-buttons. Input impedance selector switch between 1200 and 300 ohms. Same modular design and hand-wiring BAE is known for.
